Not For Profit Resource Center

The Not For Profit Resource Center recruits and places volunteers and college interns in the critical support functions of accounting, finance, information systems, human resources, public relations, marketing, systems design and web design. These are functions that every organization needs, whether Not For Profit or a company.

Accounting

Free Business Counseling

Agencies are eligible to apply to SCORE for free business counseling.

Interns

We have placed 252 students at 46 agencies for internships and class projects! If you are an agency that wishes to consider an intern, please click here.

If you are an undergraduate, graduate student, or MBA student who would like to apply for an internship, please click here.

Class Projects

Agencies are eligible to apply for Canisius College Student Consulting Partnerships.

If you are a college faculty member who would like to give your students practical experience through team based class projects, please contact us to learn how we can help you.

Other Volunteer Needs

Agencies can also register with the Volunteer Center of the United Way, and can apply to the Diocesan Service Corps.
