Community Impact Resource Library
Community Impact means:
- Identifying and assessing community needs
- Forging community partnerships
- Investing funds in human service programs and community initiatives
- Supporting public policy efforts
Focusing on what matters most has helped United Way become our community's leader in developing solutions to our most critical human service needs. We are uniquely able to pool the resources of the entire community to make a difference. People just like you, from all across the community, volunteer to make decisions on where United Way Community Care resources should be invested. These volunteers - more than 250 - participate in every aspect of the community impact process: research, strategic planning, program evaluation, agency site visits, outcome measurement, and funding decisions.
This resource library is designed to offer you an opportunity to delve deeper into the conditions we're seeking to address. Below you'll find some general resources. If you'd like to do more specific research, click the pictures for research materials in each of our Impact Areas.
