State of the Community Address

On January 23, Arlene Kaukus delivered United Way of Buffalo & Erie County's first-ever State of the Community address, which described community conditions in Erie County and discussed United Way's work in response.  The central question posed by the address was this: given what we know about what our community is facing, will we accept the challenge to work together to create change?
