AAI of WNY: Pathways to Advanced Manufacturing Apprenticeship

The American Apprenticeship Initiative of Western New York (AAI) supports youth, educators, parents, and dislocated workers in gaining an awareness of the many career opportunities in manufacturing and how apprenticeship is a great “earn and learn” way to receive training and credentials for a satisfying career. 
 
The AAI Team celebrated National Apprenticeship Week by hosting a virtual event. Our panel featured current, graduate and retiree apprentices from various advanced manufacturing backgrounds.
