Executive Edge @ United Way Summary
Executive Edge @ United Way is an exclusive and innovative leadership program designed specifically for nonprofit Executive Directors and CEO’s. Our program equips you with the critical skills necessary to navigate and thrive in today's dynamic and ever-changing landscape. With a unique approach, combining intensive workshops and peer circle sessions, facilitated by seasoned leadership consultant Sesha Yalamanchili, we ensure a transformative and enriching experience throughout the year, giving you the advantage to excel and succeed in this challenging climate.
Join us for four (4) intensive three-hour in-person workshops, strategically scheduled for maximum impact. These sessions provide deep dives into emotional intelligence, conflict resolution, adaptive leadership and coaching and mentoring. Our facilitator will guide you in translating knowledge into actionable leadership strategies, propelling you towards accelerated and lasting growth in your soft leadership skills.
Peer Circle Sessions
Embrace the power of collaborative learning during six 2-hour peer circle sessions. These sessions foster an atmosphere of confidential sharing and peer-supported growth. Engage with fellow CEO's to discuss specific challenges, share real-world examples, and integrate the best practices learned during the workshops into your unique organizational context.
The Executive Edge @ United Way cohort will be comprised of up to 30 WNY nonprofit Executive Directors and CEO’s. An additional invitation will be extended to up to 15 more participants for the four intensive workshops.

Interested in the 2024 cohort (includes both intensive workshops & peer learning circles)?
Must be the chief executive (Executive Director, CEO, President, etc.) of a nonprofit agency in WNY.
Participant fee of $499
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Payment will be due at the time your application is accepted.
Interested in only the workshops?
Space is available for up to 15 additional nonprofit chief executives (Executive Director, CEO, President, etc.) for the four intensive workshops. The cost to attend an individual workshop is $99. Register now for one or more workshops.
