A powerful philanthropic force, Women United also facilitates conversations and initiatives with the goal of promoting equity and empowerment for women – at work and at home.

Membership

Women United members donate $500 or more annually to the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County. Gifts can be made as a one-time donation or spread out throughout the year (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

Gateway to Golf

United Way of Buffalo & Erie County’s Gateway to Golf, hosted by Women United, is an unforgettable day of golf, connection, and community.

In partnership with the WNY PGA, this signature event brings together more than 200 women for a day of learning, friendly competition and networking. Experienced golfers can enjoy a 9-hole scramble while connecting with fellow players on the course. If you’re new to golf, our Get Golf Ready clinic, led by PGA professionals, provides a relaxed, encouraging introduction to the game that will help you build confidence and learn the fundamentals.

If you’re looking to try something different, join our beginner-friendly pickleball clinic and experience firsthand why pickleball has become one of the fastest-growing sports in the country.
