What is United Way’s ePledge Campaign Management Tool?
ePledge is a highly secure and proven online campaign management system that provides you with significantly more capabilities to run a successful campaign than you currently have with a paper pledge process.
This campaign management tool allows you to view your company’s campaign from a dedicated, secure website, providing one central point for all campaign information. It provides an easy-to-manage processing system and gives you the ability to implement an electronic communication plan for your employees.
It’s easy—employees pledge their support online and campaign administrators track results instantaneously. These flexible tools offer real-time reporting and secure transactions giving you more time to promote community giving and engagement.
Set up takes approximately 2-3 weeks.

A rollover campaign is an easy complement to your giving campaign. This type of giving requires a specific communication to go out to all previous Payroll Deduction and Bill Me donors stating that their gift will continue unless action is taken on their part.
