Next Generation United (NGU) is a giving community for the next generation of leaders who donate $100 or more annually to United Way of Buffalo & Erie County. NGU enables a network of young professionals to be agents of change by tackling local worthy causes through fun, social and impactful opportunities. NGU allows WNY’s rising leaders to reshape the norms of philanthropy by creating unique connections to community nonprofits that are poised to tackle some of Buffalo’s most pressing challenges.

Pitch10 is NGU’s marquee event, where WNY-based organizations are selected and given the chance to connect directly with our young professional community and compete for a series of grants to further activate their missions. NGU’s mission is to identify, educate and empower leaders of tomorrow to be catalysts for change in our community through events and service.
Last year, NGU awarded $50,000 to the 2024 Pitchers. We’re excited to keep the momentum going in 2025!

November 12th @ 5:30–9:00pm, Seneca One
Join us for an exhilarating evening where the region’s most driven non-profit leaders go head-to-head in a Shark Tank-style competition for crucial grant prizes to further activate their missions. Your attendance matters: every ticket includes two Pitch votes allowing you to help determine who wins the top funding!
Your ticket also includes snacks and a drink ticket to enjoy during the event. Want to boost the community’s engagement even more? Consider purchasing a ticket for a non-profit employee or customer so they can be part of the impact on November 12th!
