What does it mean to your organization to be a sponsor of Community Baby Shower?

Sponsoring the Community Baby Shower means so much to Oishei Children’s Hospital. Our role in the community is to be a maternal and pediatric healthcare leader, and opportunities like this provide critical resources for the moms and babies of WNY.

How does Community Baby Shower support your organization's mission and/or support your organization's values?

It is part of our mission at Oishei Children’s Hospital to care for the moms, kids and babies of WNY, beyond the walls of our hospital. Through community partnerships like the Community Baby Shower, we can help moms and babies that need it, many of whom are our patients. It’s truly a win-win and we are proud to be part of it.

What would you tell someone who is considering participating in Community Baby Shower?

We encourage anyone who is able to participate to support the Community Baby Shower any way they can. It is a great way to directly help moms and babies who need it. It’s what Buffalo/WNY is all about – coming together to care for one another!

Any favorite Community Baby Shower memories you'd like to share?

Our team loves helping rally support either through items donated or packing the bags. It is meaningful for us to help these families and partner with such a great organization in the United Way.
